This clock is replete with elaborate yet by no means disorderly grass designs and geometric patterning that are gold and silver in color. The base, with a music mechanism, supports elliptical enameled dials: a two-handed clock on the left and a barometer with red Chinese characters on the right. Between the dials is a thermometer which, at its top, has a compass. This clock features a leather case to make it conveniently portable.
