Gilded Silver Brooch with Diamond Inlays

Previously kept in Tianjin, this brooch belonged to the last emperor Puyi (1906–1967)—also known as the Xuantong Emperor (r. 1909–1911); it is made of silver with a floral design and diamond inlays. Originally used as an accessory to a pocket watch, the item was later used as a distinct ornament.
