Rectangular Duan Ink Stone with Carved Bat, Deer, and Longevity Designs

Dimensions: Thickness: 4.7 cm Length: 21 cm Width: 14.2 cm

The grinding surface is an octagon, with each side inscribed with one of the eight trigrams and the exterior hollow space decorated with bats. The top of the stone shows a landscape, buildings, a peach of immortality, pine trees, cranes, clouds, and bats. There are also two crouching deer.
