The interior and exterior feature a white-glazed background with two blue deer leisurely wandering across a landscape with a blue hill, pine tree, cypress tree, and birds chirping to one another, all of which combine to express good fortune. Inside the foot ring are characters that read "Bowl of Eternal Spring".
