Painted Pottery Figurine of a Woman

The dignified woman has comely features. Her hair is parted down the middle and fastened in the back. She holds her hands in front of her stomach. She wears a crossed-collar hanfu robe comprised of triple layers of garments and ornamented shoes. This figurine was unearthed in Xi’an, Shaanxi province.
