Three perfume bottles are mounted in a gilt copper tripod stand with three blue eggshell-shaped glass doors on each side. The stand has a holding ring on the top and three outward curving legs. With copper frames, the blue glass doors are embellished with colorful painted and applied floral motifs. 
  Perfume used by Qing court ladies came to China as tribute from officials or foreign ambassadors, and was also imported by the government. Most of the perfume was famous brands from France, the Great Britain, the United States, and Germany.
